Whether you just wish to browse the internet or update your cv, the drop in session allows the local community to use our computer room for just £1.

Street Cheer & Skip 4:30pm – 6:00pm

Junior Youth Club 4:30pm – 6:00pm

For youths aged 6-12 years. Various activities including traditional youth club activities such as pool, xbox 360, xbox one, wii u, games etc! Arts and crafts, stranger danger, road safety, drug and alcohol awareness, healthy eating, sports, online safety, bullying and many more!

Stryke Martial Arts 6:15pm – 7:30pm

A martial arts class aimed at ages 7 and over, great for kids’ fitness and confidence!

Stryke usually isn’t what kids expect it to be, we train with punchbags and kick-shields right from the start and encourage all levels to take part in active non-contact and light-contact sparring against other club members. We promote fitness training, self development and although discipline isn’t strictly forced upon them our members learn to naturally accept it as they progress. A normal class will usually include stretching/warm up, kicking and punching techniques, fitness training, sparring – all in a fun and friendly environment!

The training is led and overseen by Sensei Jim Womersly who is a 6th Dan and assisted by other black belts who all trained with the club.

Buffalo Youth – SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Youth club for those aged 13-25 with special educational needs and disabilities.Many activities to choose from including cooking, independent living skills, managing money, health and fitness, first aid, team building, sports and arts and crafts and so much more!

Aikido 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Aikido is an effective martial art incorporating a wide range of techniques, which can be used against armed, unarmed and multiple attackers. The difference between Aikido and many other martial arts rests in the manner and approach to training, which is basically co-operative rather than competitive.

The nature and ambience in which Aikido is practised invites a spiritual experience which contributes to the perfection of character through the development of positive human qualities and values contributing to a more rewarding and fulfilling life.
